Good base for Alicante and Costa Blanca

In general nice hotel to stay in Alicante/Alacant. The rooms were quite spacious, the beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was rather decent. The desk area was relatively big. The breakfasts were quite nice, we got filled for many hours after eating them. The staff was nice. Many services like supermarket (e.g. Mercadona), petrol station or pharmacy are very close to the hotel.

It was getting a bit noisy due to main avenue traffic, in spite of some distance to the main street. Some revamp may be needed for the hotel, as it is ageing, but nonetheless, it's a very decent place.

It was close to the centre by bus, staff were very nice, beds and pillows comfortable, pefectly cleaned every day

Could be more updated. One of the lamp shades was broken and also the airconditioning didn’t work, was only blowing hot air no matter the setting and the window only opened slightly so it was a bit difficult to get fresh air. We would also appreciate a mini fridge. But overall just minor things

A standart hotel room for those without high requirements

Standard, clean hotel room with air conditionier. Breakfast was fine, but you probably can't expect anything else for 9 EUR :) The staff in a reception was very helpful! They stored our luggage for free. Near the hotel there is a bus stop to the airport

Everything in a hotel room was very old - beds, tables, chairs, bathroom, TV and etc. And it was a 30-minute walk from the hotel to the sea so location is not perfect

Get what you pay for on plus side food was very good and staff pleasant and helpful

Room was comfortable air con not very efficient but realise we were in heatwave.There was fridge in room but would have to move it to plug it in.

The hotel restaurant seemed to be understaffed, so they were very slow with service and communication with guests and other members of staff.

good location. clean.

staff were stressed and grumpy. not like the other times we have stayed. they had a special menu of the day, which was confusing when read out to us quickly in half Spanish and half English. only half the standard menu was available. we ordered steak. it came with fries, no veg, no salad and it was plonked on the table while we were still eating our starter. we were disappointed as it’s the 4th time we’ve stayed and while the food is not amazing it was better previously, as was the service. breakfast was not as good as previous either, no hot options available.

Nice hotel with a good bus connection to the Airport

A nice hotel with a good bus connection from the Airport. We stayed only for a night because our flight arrived late and we didn’t want to travel far. This hotel was about a 15-20 mins bus ride from the airport. the city center is maybe a 15 mins walk from the Hotel.

nothing. we just stayed for a night. all basic facilities were good.

Good value for money, nice staff

The value for money compared to the other properties around Alicante was brilliant. The walk was an easy 20-30 minute stroll to the centre, but there's also nice local bakeries etc if you head north from the hotel. The bus stop to and from the airport is right outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Our shower broke, and it was fixed right away.

We turned the air con on and it had a strong smell of mould, so we couldn't leave it on for long. It probably needs a good clean.
